September 5, 1989: Connie Wei-Luen Kao was born at the Presbyterian Hospital in Whittier, California in the morning as a 9 lb 12 oz baby. Her birth fell on the same day as her mother's birthday and her parents' anniversary. Her arrival gave her family much joy.


Returned home two days later with her mom. Received a big welcome from her sister, Sharon and the grandma. She would spend most of her life in this house attending the Mesa Robles School down the block.

Sharon remained her best friend.
